I recently read Inkheart and Inkspell -- it is a trilogy but the third one is not yet available.

I do not mean this to be any special recommendation --- just to mention that the concept was interesting -- A man and his daughter Meggie that could read people out of books and eventually themselves into a book.

How I would like to visit Narnia -- who has not dreamed of being in a good book -- it was an interesting concept, it kept me interested.

That would be cool! :D I've always wanted to jump in the books and become part of the story :D With lots of things I read. :D

Yes --- that is exactly why I found the story so compelling -- just think if we could go to Narnia :)

I have felt that way about other books also, but Narnia the most of all.

*AHEM!*

Correct that to Middle-Earth the most of all. and it would be a perfect post! =)

OH my --- what a choice --- I can't believe I didn't think of that --- I guess Narnia is more on my mind than ever since we saw the movie -- hmmmmm
thinking ---- OK now I am hiding under my desk --- I would have to go to Narnia.

But hey --- who says you could only be in 1 book --- now -- I am going to start thinking about going to Middle Earth --- oh my --- now you done it -- my mind is racing :)

Where would you go first Beau ?

By the way I finished Inkspell --- and am I ever curious about what will happen in book number 3 ! It will be awhile though --- HR says we should never start a trilogy until they are all 3 published -- he is very curious also.

I don't know if I would be able to decide between Middle-Earth or Narnia : I guess I could choose sometime, but I'll have to put some though into it. But right now my thought would be Narnia, becuas I would want to meet Aslan. Of course, if it were the Narnia that was at the end of all the books, I guess I would want to go there last because I know i wouldn't ever want to leave :D

I know where I would choose to put myself. But it's not in a book, so it doesn't fit this topic. Although I must admit that Books has a nice wide range of discussion it covers. (Please don't hurt me, there was no pun intended)

Further up and further in, JJ!!

Your safe for now --- I meant for it to be a very general topic --- no sense starting a topic for every book that someone reads :)

I would probably choose Narnia as well, that place has meant so much to me over the years. More than just a story like Lord of the Rings was.

Yes you are in the middle of trilogies aren't you AL? Inkspell, Inheritance, and Mr. Hotchkiss' trilogy!

As we learned in Narnia....

It has to be Narnia for me -- and I would choose the Last Battle -- oh my --- just to be there --- It makes me teary just to think of it.

I surely am in the midst of trilogies --- I of course would most like to see the third book of the Shaldoran Saga --- I am keeping busy while waiting -- but I do want to read that book. I think I am going to read the first 2 again. Of course -- even though I was disappointed with Eldest --- I will read the last book -- we must know Eragon's fate. When I left Inkspell one of my favorites was in great peril and we were far from a resolution. I think the third book will most likely be the best one.

See why I have missed you --- I hadn't even thought of the fact that I am waiting for 3 books --- Maybe HR is right --- don't start a trilogy until you can locate all 3 ! I think I have quite sometime to wait for all of them :(

I did think of Tronolasti when considering which book I would want to be read into --- It was no contest --- it has to be Narnia.
