Thanks to JJ I am having a great time reading this book. I find it hard to stop reading it now. I am about half way through it and am in the process of ordering The Search for the Red Dragon.
Great recommendation JJ.
Back to reading.

I am 3/4 of the way through ! A huge Waterbeast loose in Scotland -- imagine that. I always wondered how Nessie got to Lochness.
I am really enjoying this book.

YAY! You have no idea how happy it makes me that you like it! :D It's a great book. And there's hopefully going to be more since it's "The Chronicles of the Imaginarium Geographica". But it was an awesome book. My friend Cody has my copies right now, he likes them too :D

I loved it, I am so glad that the next one is ordered and I am pretty sure that I read about a third. Did you like
the second book as much ?
What was your favorite part ? ( no you can not say the last page ! ) :)

Aww! But the last page was sooo cool :D I mean I never even suspected the first time around. It never even occured to me.
Let's see.... I like the part where Bug summons the Dragons. It is Bug isn't it. It's been a while since I read the first one.
I really enjoyed how he tied in all the greek mythology. Pandora's box was really interesting. And how all the famous fantasy stories of all time all come from the Archipelago. In the second one there's a lot more of that. And what's really cool is he connects a lot of famous stories together. He even uses simple nursery rhymes. It's really cool! And he uses some actually real history too. :D

I do agree, the last page is awesome ! Bug/Artus is a very good character, surely we will learn more about him as the series goes on. All the things you mentioned are good but I guess my favorite is the Lochness Monster.
I have always been fascinated by that story. The use of Stonehenge was interesting as well. The Ark, well it is just all good. A hard book to put down. I mean where else would you get wood for the Dragon Ships. I loved the old Guardian Knight too.
I knew when Bert showed up in the book it was about to get good.

Gosh, I loved that book. Too bad the third book was so disappointing. For a minute I was thinking about it and I couldn't even remember what it was about. Then I did. He tied in some Christian "myths". Which just happened to be the myth "What if Jesus had a child?" Blah blah blah. So dumb. I was so mad...
Anywho. My friend Aryelle is now reading Here There Be Dragons. Along with the Naming, you'll be pleased to here, I'm sure. Which reminds me, I still need to finish The Riddle. But I can find it... :( It stinks. And I never lose anything...

Well, you should definitely read it. And I will still read the next one coming out too. But I guess I'd say be prepared to be disappointed.
I wrote that post in the beginning of August and I still haven't been able to finish the Riddle!!! I've gotten so busy with the play and school. I've barely been home this week because rehearsals have gone so late. And Friday and Saturday are our first productions! Next week, though, we don't have rehearsal at all, because it's the week in-between the performances. We never do rehearsals that week. So, I've decided that next week I'm committing to finishing the Riddle, and reading Redwall(if I don't have Brisngr back by then)
