You know what I'm wondering? Galbortorix hasn't showed up physically in the first two books. And they have somebody cast for the part for the FIRST movie. I really, really hope they don't ruin something. I'm almost scared to find out anything more about the movie, because if they ruin the story, I will probalby end up worse then Beau when they messed up making the Lord of the Rings movies. (Notice Beau, I didn't give in to pop culture and call it LOTR)

I am yet to read the inheritance trilogy. Though it is sitting in my room and my sister comes in periodically and askes me if I've read it yet. She loved it and is eagerly, eagerly awaiting the release of the last book.

I might have to win some brownie points by buying it for her when it comes out.

I do think you should get busy and read them, you need to be up to speed for the discussions ! Yes get the last book for your sister, and you read it as well. You must read the first two and be ready. They are a quick read, Eragon is very good and the second one is mostly good, they are well written. Your sister ( I almost forgot and used her name ) could join our discussions. I feel like I know her.

I will be buying Brisinger as soon as it is released.

You can use Melissa's name (I'm sure she won't mind - she knows about you, as does my whole family. Especially dad who you had that conversation with one time). I will see if she is interested in posting here about Eragon and her DS. But, like me, she is a uni student, and has even more work than me to do.

I know I should read it. I picked it up and read the first page once, but it didn't grab me enough to abandon the book I had at hand. Even Ben has read it, though I don't think he liked it enough to pursue the second too vigorously.

I will read it in the winter break - which is only about 6 weeks away now. But I have three assignments and four exams to prepare for before then. Though I'm not too concerned about most of them. I know I can do them even pretty much now (minus the content we haven't been given yet). But I'm not even really reading the book I've been carrying around.
