And yes, I'm pretty sure randonimity is a word. That's one cool thing about the English language that I always joke about. You can add a bunch of suffixes(and prefixes) to a word to the point that it doesn't sound like a word, and it technically will still be a word.

For example, a word my friend and I made up: psuedodisenfranchisementability - the quality of falsely being able to revert from a franchised state

Les gave me the idea to make one post about all of the stuff I do instead of having it scattered everywhere.

So what are these random things you ask? Well...

The most obvious one is gaming, but that will probably end up in other posts anyway.

I enjoy writing, and have been trying to do that more lately. I like to read as well.

I occasionally do some programming, but I haven't done that much lately.

I've got some websites that I either maintain, am working to start up, or will be working on soon.

www.wiiandmii.com The one that's got the most going for it right now. It's a site for news and reviews on games for the Wii. I recently upgraded a lot of stuff on it, and am working to finish moving stuff to the new format and make some finishing touches before working toward an appearance upgrade.

www.strategic-chaos.com Right now it's just a testing grounds for new stuff I want to try out for Wii&Mii, but soon I will be making it its own site. I am fascinated by lists for some reason, so this site will probably contain a lot of lists. Lists of writing prompts, funny words, cool quotes, names, places.... lots of stuff. It may also end up being a site about my writing. That would kind of go hand in hand because sometimes when writing you need to know lots of random information, and I would have it all there in a list lol. So it would be kind of a writing resource page and a page about my writing.

www.oogyboogawa.com When I saw that I was getting three free domain names with my web hosting plan, I couldn't resist grabbing this one. I haven't decided for sure what will be on this site yet, but it will probably contain a personal blog.

www.johnrileywarren.com The third of my free domains(I already owned www.wiiandmii.com). Most other variations of my name that I could think of were already registered, so I grabbed this one while it was available. In a time when nearly everything is online, and even more things are constantly becoming expected to be online, it can't hurt to have a personal site. Just a site to have a bit of info about me, some projects I've done or am doing, stuff like that. Kind of like an online resume I guess...

www.digitaldevotion.org I don't actually own this one, but the guy that does is letting me use it. This is going to be the hardest site to get running. It's kind of hard to explain too. It's basically going to be a site where you can upload devotionals or Bible studies that you or someone else(assuming you have their permission) has written. Then you can go on there and see what other people have uploaded. Kind of like a cross between youtube and the Bible.


Anyway, that's pretty much what comes to mind. I'm sure there's more, but I can always post about that later.

Well, I finished moving the old articles to the new format on Wii&Mii sometime yesterday. The Wii&Mii banner is back at the top of the site again too. I had to switch file formats which made it look kind of pixelly. I actually kind of think it looks cool like that though lol. I liked it before too though. Tell me what you think. The old one can be seen on www.oogyboogawa.com for now.

I forgot to mention something I do a lot in the first post... I get sick a lot lol. I've got something wrong with my throat and every once in a while it goes crazy and won't let me swallow anything(had I mentioned that before?). It's been doing that since early yesterday, so I haven't eaten much in the past couple days. So I'm kinda low on energy.

I've been playing a lot of Excite Truck, since that's something I can do laying down(though it's easier to get into sitting up). I've got 6 tracks left on the final difficulty to get 'S' ranks on, and by then I'll probably only have a couple of trophies left. The Super Rings one will probably take quite a while though.

I am sorry to hear you are feeling bad -- perhaps you will be better today, not being able to swallow sounds
very bad. This one of those times when gaming has a real use -- it can surely help get your mind off of things and keep you busy for a little bit.

You are so far ahead of me in Excite Truck -- I will mostly never get all of that done, I am really really enjoying it but I am clearly not all that good at it. As long as it entertains me I do not mind though.

I look forward to checking out Wii & Mii today. I will be back after I have done that.

It looks good and I would not have known that the grainy look was a pixel thing. I would have just thought it to be texture. ( I am a crafter ! ) It is really nice to see the Wii & Mii heading -- I really like that.

Also, I should mention that most of the content on the site isn't actually written by me. If it is, it will say it was written by Oogyboogawa down at the bottom when you click to see the full article. There are two other people writing stuff for the site. I'm more of just the tech guy for the site I guess lol.


I'm feeling a little bit better today, but not much. I'm sure I've put more time into Excite Truck than you have yet lol. I've nearly got all of the S ranks on mirror mode now, which will unlock the final car. Then I'll just have 2-3 trophies and and a couple of challenge mode things to do before this game is 100% complete.

On Saturday and Sunday, I was bad enough that I couldn't even swallow broth. Every once in a while it would get good enough that I could swallow liquids so I normally drank some Gatorade to try to stay hydrated, but it normally stopped working again pretty soon. Monday it was a little better and I could eat some, and today it seems to be almost completely better, though I still feel kinda weak.

I did consider writing for w-o-n when I saw that he was looking for someone. I am still kind of considering it. I don't really think I'd do a good job of keeping up with it though. Between all the random projects I've got going, I'm not sure how reliable I would be at getting the updates on there.
