I saw it, it's only Prince Capsian, No Dawn Treader. I do hope they continue to do all the movies.

Thank you JJ, after your email I can hardly wait to see it ! I want to go now. You are the only one that loves Reepicheep that I know of as much as I do. We are a little obsessed. I know Logan likes him but I do not think he is as crazy about him as we are. I was so hoping they would get that part right and you said they did. YEAAAAAAAAAAA

So, do you think you'll go to the theater and see it, or are thinking about just waiting until it comes out on dvd?

Oh, my friend saw it last night and he agreed that Reepacheep was amazing. He was glad they got him right. :D

I actually do not enjoy going to the theater to see movies. It is too loud and too many people. HOWEVER after reading your email I can not wait. I think we are going to go and see the movie for my birthday. I was so happy to read what you had to say and now I can not stop thinking about it ! I do love Reepicheep and I was so afraid they would not get him right. We will be seeing it soon and I will still of course buy the DVD.

The last movie we went to see was The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe ! ( actually at the theater ) We have a 55 inch t.v. and we prefer to watch them at home. The popcorn is better too. I just can not wait this time. You convinced me.

Thank you so much for sharing the experience with me.

Of course, how could I not tell you about? It was just absolutely amazing. Though of course the whole thing with Susan and Caspian was a bit irritating. And then trying to bring the White Witch back too. But all that was made up for with how amazing the rest of the movie was! And how incredibly awesome Reepicheep was! My friend who also likes him agrees that he was so cool!!

Haha. Popcorn is better at home. Yes, undoubtedly. But acutally I'm not a big fan of popcorn. I'll eat it sometimes, but I really dont like it all that much.

If I had a 55 inch tv I would probably wait for everything to come out and watch it at home too. But I live in urban area, unfortunately. So city is my home, and though I may not like it, going to the movies is considered a family fun activity. It is very noise, and what relly bugs is when the people behind you keep hitting your seat or putting their feet on it. What's also irritating is when people keep getting up and leaving and then coming back, like they went to the restroom, or went to get a refill. I hate that. At home you don't get that. If someone has to leave the room you pause the movie. Or you can simply ignore it. But it's hard to watch something when people are literally falling over you and banging against your knees. Haha. But yeah, going to the movies is a part of life for movie. It's just a fun things to do. But I lived in rural country where the nearest neighbor was ten miles away and I owned my own acreage, and had horses and animals, and a ranch, I wouldn't go to movies either. :)

I tend to rant sometimes, don't I?

We love popcorn !

That is so funny JJ, that is just exactly why we haven't gone yet ! We are going to wait until after this holiday weekend and maybe try to go during the week at one of the less popular times. The seat hitting and people tromping all over you are the worst. You can imagine how it is for us, we are used to the quiet and I can hardly tolerate crowds. We will go see the movie in the next couple of weeks. I think the crowds will have thinned out a bit by then.

I think it is a good thing for a family to do, I think it is great that you saw the movie with your Dad, I am hoping Lisa will be able to go with us.

We have neighbors closer than ten miles : ) The little town we live fairly near is only 8 miles away. The real town where we shop is about 18 miles away. We are used to it though, it is normal for us. We went to town today and I could not wait to get home. I think a young person like yourself might get bored out here in the woods where we live : ) !!!!!!!!!!!! You are a busy girl with a good life and lots of friends JJ. We are all blessed, each thing has its good and bad parts. At least we finally got high speed internet, even if it is the satellite kind.

If that was a rant, I agree with it ! People really can be rude at the movies.

I am quite sure I will love Reepicheep too.

I guess I was exaggerating a bit. But I don't think I could get bored out there. There's so much to do! I mean you have so many animals. And horses!! I could ride horses for hours!!! Then sit under a tree and read!!! That'd be amazing!! I could find lots of things to do. And then the best thing is getting up in the early morning at dawn to sit and watch the sun rise, in peace and quiet. You can do that here!! Because even if you're outside in the early morning, theres cars going to and fro, and honking and the bustle of the early morning work people, and the late night shifts coming home. The city never rests! But in the country there's those soft moments of silence when you can sit and meditate and ponder God's glorious earth. I live for those rare moments that I don't get to see very often.

Yeah, and when we went to see Prince Caspian people from this one group in our row kept getting up and go to and fro. Especially this one guy. He got up and left then came back like three times.

That was beautifully said JJ, so many young people do not appreciate that quiet time. I treasure the early mornings, it is my favorite time of day. It is good to be quiet and be with the Lord. Yes it is very quiet here and I honestly can not imagine spending a night in town. I will think of this post in the morning when I walk out early with the dogs and the sun is just barely coming up. Soft moments of silence, I like that. HR usually sleeps in a little longer than I do ( I get up at 4:30 a.m. most morning ) and I call that my quiet time. I think I shall now think of it as soft moments of silence -- thanks JJ.

Well, thank you. I truly do appreciate those times. They are very rare for me, especially with my family. Truthfully though, I do end up spending quite a bit of my time alone at nights, because my parents are constantly working and my sister is always everywhere else. But it's not the same. Sitting alone in your house, there is no silence. There's the constant buzz of electronics, and the creaking of the pipes beneath the walls, the tick-tock of the clock on the wall. It drives me insane. Both those moments outside in the still of the morning, all you hear is the natural motion of the world. And that is the most lovely sound.

You are right, houses are very noisy. I really notice when a storm has cased a power outage. It is so quiet and so dark. We do get used to all of those sounds.
