Yeah, I'd say everything is going pretty good right now. I have a job I love, I'm going to college, my parents are working day shift now, my dad has so much more energy and he's really happy, it's wintertime(though it doesn't feel that way here), the new year is gonna start soon. Everything is great!

I need to get that box done! I'm worried about it. I think I'll work on that today. Since I'm not really doing anything else, and Steph is at work!

I need to remember next time I post to tell you the "accent guy" story that happened at work last night. I have to get going now though. I need to take a shower and get working on that box!

Wow, I haven't checked Lilbro in a little bit. Sorry about that.

Haha accent guy! I will now divulge that amusing tale. So, I was at work, and it was a few days before Christmas. This young man comes in to my work(I sell Women's clothing, by the way), maybe two or three years older than me, and asks for my helping looking for a large comfortable sweatshirt or jacket. And as I am talking to him I notice that he has a rather thick accent. I was pretty sure it was New Zealand, but it could have been Australian. so, as I'm checking him out at the register, I asked him. "So, is your accent New Zealand... or is it Australian?" And he said "Yeah. New Zealand. I'm surprised you could tell." Cause most people can't tell the difference. "Well," I said "I sort of have an interest in accents. I like to study them." After he left, my asst. manager turns to me and says "You were totally flirting with that guy!" "I was not...." I was a little confused. Flirting is really something I do. At least not intentionally. But she kept razzing me the whole night. And apparently I was getting rather red in the face. When one of the asst managers came out later, I heard her telling her about it. And I turned around and Krystin(the one who told me I was flirting) goes "Look at her! She's still blushing." And later she came over to me and said "I wish I was eighteen, flirting with boys." And I said "I don't really flirt. Not purposely." And she replied with "You should try it sometime. It's how I got a husband." And then I just busted up laughing. It was a fun night!

Yes, I did get hired on permanently! I'm so excited!!

I suppose it is harmless. But I just don't usually do it. Probably mostly because I'm not interested in a relationship.

Yeah. The rain ended today :( I was really enjoying it actually. There was some flooding nearby, but it wasn't bad. My parents are really happy it's over because they're leaving for Las Vegas on Monday, and if the rain had continued the pass they take would have been flooded and they'd have to cancel their trip.

But it's sunny out today, unfortunately. : The rain was pretty awesome though! All week! We never get rain for that long at one time. It was so cool!!

It is so good to hear that you had no bad effects ! I was really worried about you when I heard all
that stuff on t.v. I did think that if you had no bad effects you would really be enjoying the rain !

We have rain again today but it is the soft and gentle kind that makes you want to curl up and read
a good book. Or ----- play games which is what I have been doing.

I hope your parents have a good time. Does Steph still live at home or will you be alone. I still
worry you know.
