Aw, thank you so much! That's so sweet of you :) You are also a very special person to me! I'm so glad to be here for you! And you mean so much to me, as well :) I love being able to talk with you, and share our lives.

It's too warm to have tea right now here. Maybe later tonight when it cools down I can. Or I could make some iced tea. But I don't have time right now. :) My parents and I are going out to look for a truck for me! Yay! No more old clunky Buick! Haha! It's not a bad car actually, it's just not very comfortable to me, for my back. And it's so boat-ish. Though my dad's is even more so. I guess I'm lucky I don't have to drive his, considering he also has leather interior. That would drive me nuts! I don't why, but I can't stand leather. It's just so uncomfortable. My dad loves it though!

The drama production is in exactly three weeks! I can't believe it's so soon! We just finished blocking and started running scenes yesterday. Usually we start that more than a month before. She's doing the play earlier than normal this year. It's weird. But I guess it's a good idea so we can have more time with the winter musical. That's going to be the best!!!! I can't wait till we do that one. It's all singing n' dancing!! This year though, since we don't have the funds to pay for a royalties for a musical, Mrs. Taylor is writing the basic idea of the story. It's about this young girl who is studying for an exam in her "History of American Musical Theatre" class, and she falls asleep studying. Her friends, posing as Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers take her through a dream sequence and show her all the different musicals from famous playwrights in chronological order. The last song they students will sing is going to be "For Good" from one of my favorite musicals, Wicked! It's a twist on the Wizard of Oz! It's so great!!! The book it was based on isn't very good, but I really love the play(they changed a lot of it in the play, and took out all the "ugh" stuff). Anyways, the song "For Good" is beautiful. I think I'll post it here so you can read it. :)

Glinda is the Good Witch from Wizard of Oz, and Elphaba is the "wicked witch of the west". But in the twist story it's actually she's not wicked, she's misunderstood and every action she takes is twisted and taken the wrong way, or they lie about what she actually did. It's sad. But it's a really good play. I wish you could read the script or even see the play. It's so good! And the music is awesome :)

For Good

(Elphaba) I'm limited
Just look at me - I'm limited
And just look at you
You can do all I couldn't do, Glinda
So now it's up to you
For both of us - now it's up to you...

(Glinda) I've heard it said
That people come into our lives for a reason
Bringing something we must learn
And we are led
To those who help us most to grow
If we let them
And we help them in return
Well, I don't know if I believe that's true
But I know I'm who I am today
Because I knew you

Like a comet pulled from orbit
As it passes a sun
Like a stream that meets a boulder
Halfway through the wood
Who can say if I've been changed for the better?
But because I knew you
I have been changed for good

(Elphaba) It well may be
That we will never meet again
In this lifetime
So let me say before we part
So much of me
Is made of what I learned from you
You'll be with me
Like a handprint on my heart
And now whatever way our stories end
I know you have re-written mine
By being my friend...

Like a ship blown from its mooring
By a wind off the sea
Like a seed dropped by a skybird
In a distant wood
Who can say if I've been changed for the better?
But because I knew you

(Glinda) Because I knew you

(Both) I have been changed for good

(Elphaba) And just to clear the air
I ask forgiveness
For the thing I've done you blame me for

(Glinda) But then, I guess we know
There's blame to share

(Both) And none of it seems to matter anymore

(Glinda) Like a comet pulled from orbit
As it passes a sun
Like a stream that meets a boulder
Halfway through the wood

(Elphaba) Like a ship blown from its mooring
By a wind off the sea
Like a seed dropped by a bird in the wood

(Both) Who can say if I've been
Changed for the better?
I do believe I have been
Changed for the better

(Glinda) And because I knew you...

(Elphaba) Because I knew you...

(Both) Because I knew you...
I have been changed for good.

It's that a great song? I love it!

Well, gotta get going! I'll talk to you later :)

We have had such a long and busy week. I am so glad it is Friday night. It was so nice to come here and find
a long an interesting post from you JJ.

I am so happy that college is going so well for you and that you are helping out at your old school.

It was wonderful to read all about it and I can hardly wait to listen to the song you sent.

We just got home and we have a lot of groceries to put up but we decided on a cup of tea first ( EG )
and I of course I came here to see if you had posted.

Sorry I do not have much time right now but I really did love reading what you had to say.

Goodnight JJ and thank you.

Not a lot has happened in the past couple days, but I thought I'd respond really quick to your post :)

Yeah, I'm glad college is going pretty good to. I was worried I'd have a hard time with the transition to school with people I've known for 6 years to school with no one I know. But it's been great. :)

By the way, in church today while we were praying you suddenly came to my mind. I said a quick prayer for you. I felt worried like maybe something was wrong. I hope you're doing OK, and nothing is wrong! :)

Well, I don't really have anything to tell :) I'm kind of tired. My parents and I spent most of the weekend going from car lot to car lot checking out if we could find a truck for me. No luck so far. We're not in a hurry though. But it was really exhuasting.

Good night GL, and Godspeed!!

You are so very sweet JJ. I am fine but I absolutely do appreciate you saying a prayer for me. It
was a very good day and that I am sure had a part.

We are having a very busy Monday -- our home office here is so busy and the phone keeps interrupting me.

I am so happy you are getting a truck, I love driving a pickup, I always have. Cars seem odd to me since
HR and I both drive PU trucks.

The rain finally quit and we have some supposedly cool dry air on the way -- about time too, dosen't Fall
start tomorrow ?

I was so worried about you making the switch from your old school to college. I should have known
that you would be fine -- you aeem quite flexible and you surely do have a great personality.

I have to go to the bank for the business so I had better get going -- I just wanted to spend a little
bit of time here this morning.

Good morning JJ !

Oogy -- I do hope you can check in with us soon.

OHHHHHHH JJ I forgot -- you must read Brisinger -- I am almost to the end and we have to talk. Do
you remember all of our talks on here about Eragon -- well we must talk -- get your book back
please and read it ! I dare not say more even though I REALLY want to. LoL

YAY FOR THE FIRST DAY OF FALL!!!! I even wore a dress today to commemorate! it's fall-ish. It's got a lovely brown flowery, leafy, paisley design :D

Well, I'm glad you're OK, and nothing was going on.

I'm so excited about getting a truck too!! I love trucks!! And I don't really like cars at all.

It's been pretty hot still. It was cooler for a few days and then the heat turned back up again. :( Ugh.

I'm really glad that college has worked out too. History is getting a little boring, lol. But I wasn't expecting to really like it anyways. It's really just not the history I'm interested in. But my professor is a fun guy. He doesn't make the material boring so much. We were just talking about the enlightenment, and now we're going over the Middle Eastern and Southwest Asian development. We started with talking about Islam. And the firs tthing he said about it was "Islam is very closely related, and very similar to Christianity and Catholicism." Which really made me mad. Because it is so the opposite!

Funny that you mentioned the bank, I need to go by my back and deposit some money. I really need to remember to do that today.

It's warm in my room. I'm need to turn my AC down! I'm so glad I have the power to do that now! Did I tell you I moved my computer back into my room after four years!! I finally was able to move everything back. I like having privacy. I always feel like everyone's watching what I'm doing on the computer when I'm in the office. Even though I know they're not. It's just weird. Plus, a lot of the time when I'm on the computer my family is watching a movie, or some sort of tv and it's just somewhat irritating to have the background. Especially if I have work to do. So, it's not to be here by myself in peace and quiet. :)

I hope you're having a nice cool day over there in Oklahoma!!!! :)

PS: I texted my friend about getting my book back, but I'm still waiting for her response. I'll probably be able to get it back tomorrow.

That is a lot of good news, I think since you have college classes on the computer it needs to be in your room.
You need a quiet place to work, I am happy for you JJ and you can be extra cool as well.

I almost never wear a dress but it is wonderful that fall is here. It was 63 degrees for a high here today, we have some nights coming up that will be in the 40 tys -- I do love it.

Oh I do hope you get Brisingr. I do look forward to some good talks.

Goodnight JJ.

JJ there is a weird thing going around on MSN -- If you get any message that looks official from MSN about who
blocked you -- just delete it -- I have not sent anything to anyone from or about MSN -- I have not used MSN
in months and I am not sure if you are on my list or not -- so I haven sent NOTHING to do with MSN.

I have gotten it twice and both times the real person did not send them -- I have changed my password to
be safe but I wanted to warn you.

Good morning JJ.

Oh, Ok. I'll make sure to look out for that :) Thanks!

Yeah, I love having my computer in my room! It's so nice and quiet. But I'm still getting used to it! It's weird usually I come home from school and get on the computer in the office. But I walk all the way into the office and I'm like "Wha- oh yeah, my computer is in my room." Haha!

I have two dresses that I wear. And I don't wear them all that often. I used to hate dresses! But I'm starting to be more open to them. :)

Still haven't gotten my book back. I need to remind my friend :)

Oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh!!!!!!!!!!!! I GOT A TRUCK!!!!! We found a Toyota Tacoma '04 extended cab, and it's silver!! It's so perfect. It's a little bit higher than I'm used to, but no problem. The first time I tried to get in though, I ended up banging my knee on the wheel. But I figured out a better angle that's easy and comfortable. And no sore knees! I'm so excited!!!!! Though, it's weird to think that my Buick is gone forever. A lot of good memories with that car. As well as bad. And some extremely funny :P
