I've got some free time today, so I went out for a drive... just kind of exploring. I found a lake resort and just drove around for a while there enjoying the view. It's a beautiful day and I had a good time.

We did just about the same today, we went out for awhile and it was indeed a beautiful day, We have always loved to just head out and say I wonder where that road goes and before you know it most of the time we find something interesting. Of course there is those dead ends :)

Having trouble sleeping tonight, because I can't stop thinking about stuff. It's a good kind of not sleeping though, I don't feel tired(I'm sure I will later though), and I'm thinking about good things...

One of the things I'm thinking, is that I should start recording some video devotionals to upload. I've thought about it before, just never done it, now I think I'm going to start doing it. I've got a webcam built into my laptop that I'd never even really used. So I've done a couple tests and uploaded them just to kind of get a feel for it. I have to say it's pretty weird and I think it'll take some getting used to.

The 3rd test does have improved lighting. I can not get anything but the first part of the videos to play. Then it just keeps spinning. I am afraid it is my connection. It sounds really good to me though and my but you have a nice voice. I will try again tomorrow and see if it works better. For some reason with the satellite mornings can be better. I just went back and checked and it is still spinning. I hope I can hear the devotionals if you get some done. I always liked what you had to say here and at WoN when you were doing the memory verses.

We like to watch the PBR and last night Kody Lostroh, one of the active Christian bull riders, had on one of the crosses. A silver one just like my second one.

I got to hear more this morning, up to the part where you offered to take request but then it quit loading again. The video really looks good Oogy and I think the sound is fine. I wish I could see it all but I must get to work now, it is time to cook breakfast and wake HR up.

I'm finishing up editing my first video devotional(added a picture to the beginning and some text in one section of it... just kinda seeing what this editing software can do mostly because I've never used it before). So unless I mess something up, I should have it uploaded before I go to bed tonight.


I'm curious... did the gold cross show up today? If not, I'd imagine it should be there tomorrow.

Yes the gold cross came yesterday. We get our mail late in the day and I was not back online last night. I am a morning person. I like it very much. I like them all but I think the silver one is my favorite. They will all be well used and they are appreciated. Thank you so much Oogy. I noticed you were wearing a red one, it really shows up.

I do hope that I can view your video, You Tube usually works well for me but I have never gotten the other videos to play all the way through. I truly want to see your devotional video. You do have an excellent voice for that sort of thing and your video after the lighting adjustment looks good. I will check for the video, I really want to see it.
